Research Areas
- My research interest is broadly in institutional and organisational change with implications for work and employment. This interest has developed into three streams of research:
- Institutional change in the American labour movement
- Changes in the professions
- Immigration and work
Currently I am working on a project that looks at the impact of internationalisation on the accounting profession, particularly the migration of professionals and students across borders.
